Winter in Seattle

A more accurate title would be "Winter in Sammamish/Bellevue", but that's pretty long, so I'll stick with what I have. My nephew had fun playing outside in his orange marshmallow jacket, so naturally I followed him around and snapped a few shots. Then my husband took me to the snowflake lane or whatever the heck it's called in downtown Bellevue for some festive night photos. We missed the parade thanks to some last-minute customers in my store, but I still got some great shots.

Gig Harbor Thanksgiving

Tim and I joined his family at Gig Harbor, WA for Thanksgiving. I decided to set my camera to save raw images, but that turned out to be a mistake. All of the photos came out extremely grainy, or noisy as we call it in the digital age. Either way, boo. Oh well. I still got some decent (but still grainy) shots of Mount Rainier over Puget Sound, so I'll share them with you despite my disappointment. No more raw image quality after this. Ever.

Poo Poo Point

Yesterday Tim, his best friend Chris, and I all hiked Tiger Mountain to Poo Poo Point. No, I'm not making up that name. You can Google it. Lots of parasailors jump from that point. We only saw one while we were there, but I've heard that in better (warmer) weather you can see a lot of people. No matter, it was a clear day and we had an excellent view of Mount Rainier. I have some unstitched panorama photos that will be uploaded at some point, so keep in touch! But you should keep in touch anyway. Because you love my photos and you love me.
