Hayden Lake, Idaho

Tim and I went jet skiing on Hayden Lake today. It is a very nice lake. The water temperature is warm by Washington standards, and by this Texan's standards, it's warm enough to be more than bearable. The volume is decent: it's not tiny like Liberty and it's not massive like Couer d'Alene. Also, it doesn't have a huge open area. There are lots of nice inlets and coves and stuff like that, so the scenery does not stay the same. There are also cool sand bars where you can just ride your boat or jet ski up and hang out for a bit. I have a picture of the one on which we stopped down below.
