Bicycles are fun to photograph because of the dynamics in their construction. There are so many different types of bikes, and even within those types there are many different models. The way they work is fascinating as well. We've come a long way from those ridiculous bikes with an enormous front wheel and tiny back one. Now we have gears, motors on some, fancy disc brakes, and all other kinds of schmancy stuff I am not qualified to speak of. I just think they're great photo opportunities. That's true with almost anything mechanical. All of the gears, wires, spokes and chains are visually interesting. You might agree after you see some of my photos.
