This is the broadest topic I've had this far during the challenge. Sometimes that's a good thing, and sometimes it's not. Black and white photos can be stunning, but there are pictures that don't look nearly as good in black and white as they do in color. That's why you play with your pictures. Fortunately for us we have both types of photography these days, and we also have the means of turning a photo black and white while still maintaining the integrity of the original image. This is how I picked my shot. I took several photos that I figured would look good in black and white, copied them, desaturated them, and chose which one I thought was best.
